NurWhispers Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using NurWhispers, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children may use the app only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account

  • You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account
  • One account represents your household family unit
  • You agree to provide accurate account and billing information

4. Subscription

  • Free trial: seven (7) days of full access where offered
  • Monthly: $9.99 per month, cancel anytime before renewal
  • Annual: $79.99 per year, cancel anytime before renewal
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Refunds: contact us within seven (7) days of a charge if you believe a refund is appropriate; we review requests in line with applicable law and payment‑network rules

5. Content

  • Stories are generated by AI and may vary in tone, length, and quality between sessions
  • We work to keep generation safe and values‑aligned for Muslim families, but we cannot guarantee that every output will meet every expectation
  • You may not use the app — including any "write your own" or custom‑topic features — to attempt to generate unlawful, abusive, or sexual content involving minors

6. Intellectual property

The NurWhispers app, branding, story engine, and related materials are owned by NurWhispers and its licensors. Stories generated uniquely for your household are yours to keep and share privately within your family.

7. Limitations

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, NurWhispers is not liable for AI‑generated content, and our aggregate liability for claims arising from these terms or the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk for others, or misuse the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue where permitted.
